Welcome to Apex Golf Club! We want all guests and members to enjoy a safe, fun, and professional indoor golf experience. By entering our premises and using our facilities, you agree to comply with the following policies.
General Facility Policies
Hours of Operation: Posted hours may change at any time. We may close partially or fully for private events, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Reservations & Availability: All play is subject to availability. Bay use is first-come, first-served by reservation. Members may hold reservations in accordance with their membership tier.
Fair Use: Guests and members may not book excessive simulator time without intent to play, repeatedly cancel last-minute, or fail to show. No-show or late-cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the booking start time may be subject to no refund. Apex Golf Club may, at its discretion, apply a cancellation fee up to the full value of the reservation.
Closures: Apex Golf Club reserves the right to open or close at its discretion. No refunds are provided for closures due to private events or force majeure events.
Guest & Age Requirements
Age Requirement: Guests under 18 are welcome if a parent or legal guardian has signed a waiver in advance.
Supervision: Minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian while at the facility unless otherwise approved by management.
Guest Limit: Each bay includes up to 6 guests at no additional charge.
Additional Guests: Only members may add additional guest groups. The number of additional guests and the cost per group is determined by the member’s club tier (see membership terms for details).
Responsibility: Members and hosts are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests at all times.
Conduct & Safety
Follow Instructions: Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
Safe Play: Only one golfer may swing in a bay at a time. Keep all others behind the hitting line.
Reckless Behavior: Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct will result in removal without refund.
Equipment Use: Use simulators, clubs, and other equipment responsibly. Report any damage immediately.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol service follows Oregon liquor laws.
We may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or underage.
Illegal drugs or controlled substances are prohibited.
Media & Photography
By entering Apex Golf Club, you grant us permission to photograph or record you for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Impact from golf balls or clubs
- Slips, trips, or falls
- Equipment malfunction
- Contact with other participants
By entering Apex Golf Club, all guests and participants acknowledge and agree that they assume all such risks.
Before playing, all players must sign our Liability Waiver. The waiver releases Apex Golf Club LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for ordinary negligence to the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law.
Enforcement
Apex Golf Club reserves the right to:
- Deny entry or remove any guest for violations of these policies
- Terminate memberships for repeated or serious violations
- Update these policies at any time
